In my opinion, a company’s performance is fuelled by its business model and execution, innovation, strong human capital, and collaboration. This has been a consistent observation over 28 years in my various executive positions in the insurance and investment, technology, pharmaceutical and logistics industries. This diversified management experience has enabled me to take on big challenges. My greatest successes to date that have been highlighted in the industry stem from major changes and transformations.
As a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), I am also very involved in the community, notably on business and hospital boards.
