As an executive in digital banking, sales & marketing, I’ve built online and mobile banking platforms for multiple financial institutions and monetized the digital user experience with e-commerce, marketing automation, CX and UX strategies that generated millions in new revenue. I also led online & mobile banking platform redesigns ranked Best User Experience, Best Retail Financial Public Website, and Best Online Customer Experience.

Over the course of my 20+ year career, some of my other achievements include:

  • Directed IT scrum planning and dual track agile workflow to discover, design, develop, deliver, manage, optimize, and monetize online and mobile banking platforms for financial institutions including: BMO Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, Servus Credit Union.
  • Attracted and retained new customers generating +137% year-over-year increase in product purchases in the digital banking channels by designing a front-end, low-code, no-code framework that delivered targeted, digital sales offers and eliminated the dependency on IT release cycle backlog prioritization.
  • Onboarded new digital customers by creating targeted acquisition campaigns with performance marketing, digital twins (look-a-like) targeting, programmatic targeting, demand generation, and paid media campaigns.
  • Slashed wait time and manual effort to zero using robotic process automation for creating visualized data dashboards in Power BI and Tableau enabling access to real time digital banking and sales performance data.
  • Managed, trained, and coached cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 to build an entire digital engagement practice with a lean start up mindset driving +150% sales growth in less than 12 months.
